Glass shelf that hangs on a TV mount, for mounts that use a horizontal hook-on plate with rails on the back of the TV. Four mounting locations set it from 14.5 to 19.5 inches below the center of the screen; the glass measures 15 inches wide by 11 inches deep with a black powder-coat finish, and it requires a TV mounting-hole pattern wider than 150 mm.
