The mount uses the 1.5" NPT pipe system: a threaded mast connects the head to a ceiling plate, with the drop from the ceiling set between 28 and 41 inches. Plates are available for flat ceilings, angled or cathedral ceilings, and Unistrut channel. When the screen needs to hang lower, standard 1.5" NPT pipe or telescoping extensions lengthen the mast. The head accepts VESA mounting patterns from 50 x 50 mm to 400 x 400 mm; fit depends on the mounting hole pattern and weight rather than the listed screen size alone.
The 12 degree downward tilt aims the screen at viewers below, and the 360 degree rotation lets the display face any direction from one ceiling position. The mount anchors to the building structure, not to ceiling tile grid, and professional installation is recommended for ceiling-hung displays. Typical applications include conference rooms, restaurants, waiting rooms, and digital signage where wall mounting is not an option.
