The display attaches through its rear VESA holes, and the 55 x 65 to 760 x 470 mm range spans most 32 to 60 inch panels. All mounting hardware comes in the box. The tilt is adjusted after the display is hung, so the final angle can be set from the viewing position. Fasten the mount to wall structure, wood studs or masonry, not to drywall alone, and confirm the display weighs no more than 165 lb.
Downward tilt is the reason to pick this mount over a fixed model: a screen placed above eye level, angled up to 15 degrees down, faces its viewers instead of the floor in front of the opposite wall. Common installations include conference rooms, restaurants, waiting rooms, and digital signage mounted high for visibility. Do not exceed the rated capacity.
